TSSH Annual Meeting will be held at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital on May 5~6, 2018

I believe most of you who attended the 2017 annual meeting of the TSSH would definitely like the refreshed style of our Hand Meeting. We love to continue our goal of outreaching for the TSSH. In the 2017 annual meeting, we invited Singapore Society as our guest society. In 2018, we invite Korean Society as our guest society. We increase several sessions next year, and we are going to extend our meeting from 1.5 days to 2 days.

The combined meeting between TSSH and our gest society, which is KSSH, will be continued next year. Twelve panelists from TSSH and KSSH will be paired into 6 topics, including Plastic and Orthopedic Hands, in the presentations. We continue in inviting traveling fellowships from Japan, Korea, and Singapore in our Asian-Pacific Session.

Two Keynote Speakers have been invited, including Francisco del Piñal from Spain and In-Ho Jeon from Korea. Prof. Piñal not only is a microscopic hand surgeon, but also is an arthroscopic wrist surgeon. Prof. Jeon is an expert in elbow and shoulder. Both of them will give the Keynotes and will join presentations and discussions in other panels.
Three other sessions will be presented are Burn Hand Reconstruction, Management of Lymphedema in Upper Extremity, and Venous flap. Prof. Rei Ogawa and Shiu-Shu Chuang will present their experience in Burn Hand Reconstruction. Prof. Sang-Hyun Woo, Hung-Chi Chen, and Yu-Te Lin will discuss the Venous Flaps. Prof. Jung-Ju Huang will present Lymph Node Transfer, Prof. Johnson Chia-Shen Yang present Lymphovenous Anastomosis, Prof. Shan-Shan Qiu and Prof. Rei-Ogawa will present the European and Japan experiences in the treatment of Lymphedema.
